 I introduce a company related to a boat today.

 At first I write it about a company making boat.

 Empacher is the boat which a top athlete uses in the world championship and the Olympics. Trust is sent to the stability by the original model of a vessel, easy rigging. In addition, it features the yellow hull. Empacher won the tenth kind gold medal by the London Olympics of 2012.

 Phillippi is the boat which a world top athlete uses as well as Empacher. A model of a vessel is thin and is isolated well. In addition, it features the white hull.

 These two are boats of the products made in Europe.

There is not only the boat of the foreign country but also Japanese good boat. A company called the Kuwano shipbuilding is a Japanese top company making a boat. By the world youth championship of 2012 performed in Bulgaria, the representative from Japan participated as a boat of Kuwano.

 

I write the next about a company making an oar.

 Rather hard, as for the oar of Concept2, power is easy to be transmitted through a shaft in boat. A big blade, a smoothie oar become mainstream, and the steering wheel part is improved again now from a conventional wooden steering wheel to an adjuster bulldog steering wheel, too. It takes good care softly, and the oar of Croker Corporation consists of the things of concepts2. A high school students and a girl use the oar of Croker Corporation well.

 

 Then I write it about the company which the rowing club of the business group gets.

 The man includes NTT East Japan, Kansai Electric Power Mihama, Toray Shiga, Toyota Spinning & Weaving, Meiji Yasuda Mutual Life Insurance Co., Imabari shipbuilding, Chubu Electric Power, Iris Ohyama. Particularly, that the NTT East Japan wins the championship at eight by an all-Japan championship is a Japanese top team. It exhaust the Olympian. The woman includes Meiji Yasuda Mutual Life insurance Co., Kansai Electric Power Obama, Denso, Chubu Electric Power, Ogaki Kyorittsu Bank, Iris Ohyama. Particularly, Meiji Yasuda Mutual Life Insurance Co. is strong and there are many an Olympian and representatives from Japan and exhausts it. In addition, Denso leaves the good grade including 4x+ championship with the all-Japan championship in 2012.

 

In this way, many companies are engaged in rowing. And many companies are concerned elsewhere. I introduce it if there is an opportunity.  

Yukinori Yamamoto's blog

I introduce blog of Yukinori Yamamoto today.

 

 He writes blog about the Judo. At first I introduce him. His record became number one in Japan at the age of a primary and secondary student. He participated in an international meeting 17 years or younger and won the championship wonderfully. And he entered the university and came third in inter-college.

 

 Then, I write it about the Judo that he gets absorbed in. The Judo was a competition of the origin in Japan, but was played major sports worldwide now. The popularity in Europe in Particular is great, and there is the Judo competition population of France approximately the double of Japan. There are seven classes of men and women, and each rank 22 countries, 22 people can participate in the Olympics.

 Judo includes much skill. It is “Uchimata”, “Seoinage” and more. It is common throughout the world, and the language in the Judo is Japanese. Thus, all the shouts of the umpire are Japanese, too.

　Finally, I write about a rule. The game is held for five minutes and performs extra time if there is not an end. The extra time does not have a limit at time. It win if I take victory, “Wazaari” two and “Ippon” one. When it is determined, the number of “Yuukou” mediates victory or defeat.

 Recently, the improvement of a uniform and the design of the Tatami mat is carried out and is played sports for TV.

7, Training

　I write it about training of the rowing today.

 

 I explain about rowing ergo machine. Rowing ergo machine is the machine which can practice movement to row a boat in the land. Rowing ergo is very stable whereas the boat of the top of the water is instability very. It is not possible not to be able to do it in a stable state in the water. It is a big purpose of rowing ergo training to acquire basics of the rowing in ergo. The reason why other rowing ergo training is effective, being movement same as real rowing, neurologic improvement, the making of form, numerical value not to be hurt appear, it is easy to do goal setting and includes it. Particularly, rowing ergo which can perform exercise at long time is suitable to learn movement to put up a pelvis. In addition, muscular strength to use in a real boat, improvement of the muscular endurance mental; is trained.

The energy necessary for rowing is covered with the complex energy production of anoxia system and the aerobic system. Therefore, I cannot show the performance that is high when both body function is not superior. At example of the aerobic training includes UT training. UT training (utilization training) is the training that continues rowing long distance in low stroke rate (SR20 – 22). An example of the anoxic training includes Max Row training. It is something like interval training. For example, row, five of them are things to repeat it which takes a rest ten times by 20 all energy. It is very hard, but physical strength considerably runs out.

 

In addition, weight training and the running are carried out as training of the rowing, too. The weight training is a squat or bench press using the barbells. Training with the high load is effective.

In addition, human trunk training is the training that is very important in rowing a boat. It strengthen an abdominal muscle, the back, hamstring muscles. It is effective in being able to row it by power strong till the last to make balance better in rowing a boat to forge a human trunk.

 

To here, I introduced training of some rowing, but naturally it is really the most important training to row a boat. The boat is necessary for the physical strength, but the sense of a body stimulating a boat is the most important. You must forge it generally.

 

6, Boat courses

 I write it today about a famous boat course.

 

 At first, I write it about the Toda boat course that sacred place of the boat course of Japan. It was maintained at the time of the Tokyo Olympics as rowing ground.  I write about a boat course overseas as for the next. The rowing ground of Eton, U.K. was a meeting place of the London Olympic Games. It is located the west of London near 40 km, Windsor Castle. The full length of the course comprises 2,200m, eight lanes. It is proud of a world eminent scale and is used after a meeting sequentially as training facilities and a meeting place.

5, Rowing around the world

 I write it about world rowing today.

 

It is said that the rowing originated in the U.K. At first I introduce the Henry Royal Regatta what is most famous classic boat race meet.

 

 The Henry Royal Regatta is carried out every year in five days of the first week of July. It is the historical meeting that has been performed every year except World War II from 1839. It began as town raising of Henry at first. However, I came to be called a Henry “royal” Regatta because the British Royal Family became a patron after 1851. Because participants increased year by year, it was postponed till five days to have been 1^st at first. It becomes the most authoritative boat race now in the U.K. where rowers gather from all over the world.

 At first the interesting place of this meeting is that there is an original rule. With the international rule, there is a rule unlike the standard rule of U.K. It is different in the distance of 1 race, and the name such as a pet name associated with the place not a meter is pounding the passage spot. Then not only merely boat race is carried out, but also it features it that the one side as the society event is big. Particularly, the clothes of the audience are unique. The man wears the blazer with the design of the showy color and stripe. The woman wears the gorgeous dress appropriate for the place of the official society, a hat. Because a climate is good, the U.K. of this season will be an ideal opportunity for society.

 

 I participated in a world youth boat championship of 2012. It was held in Bulgaria, and approximately 30 countries participated. Therefor the difference between foreign country and that I felt Japan is height way of rising of. The difference in national traits thought that there was a little, but, in the country (U.K., United States, Brazil, Poland) which after all rowing was major, and was strong, height way of rising of support was great. It is played big sports to support all over the country that are almost rowing without attracting attention in Japan when I step forward to the foot in the one step foreign countries. By the way, Hong Kong China is a strong country in Asia. I think in Japan that rowing should become major. In Asia, I think like Europe and the United States that rowing should become major.

 

    

4. Japanese rowers

 I write it about a rowing player of Japan today.

At first about a player called Daisaku Takeda. In one of the Japanese boat players, I belong to the team called Daiki. He is the first person of the rowing in Japan. After men single sculls champion by the all-Japan championship of 1997, he has the in history most championship record of 12 times of championship by the competition by 2013.

 He was from Iyo city, Ehime and graduated from Ehime University department of agriculture. He came across rowing in high school days. He did the cox of the competition of the 4-crew at first, but converted to single scull at the age of a second grader. And he expressed a brilliant figure in third graders and placed the fifth in an inter-high school athletic meet. I reached the Japanese tops sculler by an original exercise method and, in 1996, achieved Olympics first appearance in Atlanta meeting at the age of 23 years old. The starting dash of the world top-class is a characteristic and is a domestic unrivaled scalar. He plays double sculls in an international meeting. The sixth place won a prize by the Athens Olympic Games both in Sydney Olympic Games, 2004 in 2000. I participated in the London Olympic Games in Beijing Olympic, 2012 in 2008 and played 5 meeting continuations.

 The next about a player called Akiko Iwamoto. She was from Suwa sity, Nagano and graduated from Okaya south Nagano high school. She played an active part in the Waseda University rowing part in the college student days. She entered the Japan College of Health and Physical Education graduate school afterwards. She participated in the Sydney Olympic Games as a representative from Japan in 2000 during Waseda University attendance at school. After Japan College of Health and Physical Education graduate school completion, she participated in the London Olympic Games in Beijing Olympic, 2012 in Athens Olympic Games, 2008 in 2004 and participated in the Olympic Games for 4 consecutive years. In 2013, she retired in the Tokyo national polity, and will be with the manager of the IRISOHYAMA rowing team department to belong to in future.

 I introduced two boat players until now. There are a lot of boat players who play an active part elsewhere in the world in Japan. I want to introduce it still more, but will have this today. Please question the person who became interested in rowing!

3. Rules

 I write it about a rule of the rowing today.

 I explain a position of the crew first. It call the rower who is the nearest to a bow a bow and call it with the second, the third, the fourth, the fifth, the sixth, the seventh and a stroke sequentially. When the stern is located facing a stroke most to stop by, the cox may be located so that the bow depends back to back with a bowman.

 

 Then I explain the rule in the race of the rowing. The crew has a rule not to have to wear uneven clothes with the uniform which I unified on the occasion of an appearance row. The average weight of rowers is 70 kg or less and a boy is less than 72.5 kg in the personal weight. Rowers of the single scull are less than 72.5 kg. The average weight of rowers is 57 kg or less and a girl is less than 59 kg in the personal weight. Rowers of the single scull are less than 59 kg. The weight restrictions of the coxswain are the same as an open competition. Including a uniform, boys are 55 kg or more, and girls are more than 50 kg.

  It is a competition method next. It brings each boat in start deck every line. I start by a command called “attention, go” of the starter all at once. A position group name is called at the time of the start. For example, ”Tsukuba University, Waseda University, … attention, go” it is such a thing. However, a command hangs immediately without wind being strong and being called when the direction of the ship is not decided. “Quick start” means this. And victory or defeat is decided with the order that Top Ball of the finish line earlier of ships. When I own the report of the underweight of the ship and the member change or radio communication equipment and face a race, I am disqualified. When I make 2 degrees premature start and interfered with other ships during a race, it becomes the exclusion.

2. Boats

 I write it about rowing roughly today.

We call rowing “Soutei”,”Tantei”,”Kyousou” in Japan. Rowing is a seat back and forth and is a competition to do a race by ship to advance to with a leg power with an oar. We row a constant distance on a boat in the water and compete for order. The rule is simple. However, in the characteristic of the competition, a result greatly depends on the natural condition and weather. The tournament says a regatta. The regatta is used as words to hint at the aquatic meeting including the yacht. The etymology of the regatta comes from the boat race of the gondola.

A boat has many kinds. The boat greatly separates you, and there are a scull type and a sweep type. The scull type is the thing of the type that by one of them rows with an oar in both hands. They include single scull, double scull, quad scull. The sweep type is the thing of the type that to row with one oar with both hands. They include pair, forehand, eight.

The singe scull row alone, and the double sculls row 2 people, the quad sculls row 4 people. The pair row 2 people, the forehand row 4 people, the eight row 8 people.

In addition, coxswain plays an important role on a ship. A coxswain is the player who controls you to be able to go ahead at riding, the shortest distance forward in the tail of the ship. But it is important that each crew directs to be able to row the left right in a good balance when I cut a rudder. In addition, it’s a leader like role of ship to think about pace, and to give instructions to crew, and to measure time, and to put spurt, and to tighten crew, and to heap up. A small-sized person is often employed in coxswain to reduce the weight of the ship even a little.

The weight of the ship is 96kg with about 14kg, the eight heavy most by the lightest single scull. Full length of the ships is about 17m with about 7m90cm, the eight having a long it most by the shortest single scull. The eight’s speed is fast, and becomes about 20km per an hour most. However, there is awful sense of speed even if the bodily sensation speed in the water is called 20km per an hour further!

 I talk to the rowing today.

 The history of the rowing dates back to the ancient times when I consider it as means of traffic and the war. It’s the 18th century – about the 19th centuries that rowing became the present style. It’s said that it began in U.K. and North Europe nearly 200 years ago. The record that the modern race using the gondola was held in Italy in the 14th century is left. It became popular around Europe. It without a rule decided in particular, the form of the race varied in those days.

Next, I talk to the Japanese rowing.

 In the sports of Japan, the rowing is old next to baseball. It was called the sports of the gentleman, and there was the place that knew old samurai mind to destroy a self in Japan a bit and was got close to many people. There is not the correct record, it’s said that it’s the Dutchman who lived in Nagasaki to have rowed a boat first in Japan. A boat race was carried out between a foreigner living in Japan with a visit to Japan British for the first time in 1869 and was adopted as club activities in Teikoku University in middle part of Meiji era. An opposition race by Tokyo University and Tsukuba University which became the Japanese first race in 1883 was held afterwards. The first Soukei regatta was held in the Sumida River of Tokyo in 1905, and the rowing spread afterwards in the whole country led by a university. Rowing club was established in a high school and the junior high school in 1887. The Soukei regatta greeted 82 times, the 108th year in 2013 while sandwiching the interruption such as the war. The Soukei regatta produced a lot of nice games in the past long history. The nice game of the 26th meeting was placed in the textbook of the morality.

 It was such a rowing of Japan, but was not able to readily a good grade in world grade. However, Japan won the first gold medal by the world championships of 2000. And the representative from Japan went into the finals in 2 meeting by the Sydney Olympics of the same year and the Athens Olympics of 2004. In this way, Japan acquires power steadily.

 The rowing is said to be a minor sport, but is splendid sport with the old history!    

Hello everyone. My name is Hikari Kimura. I'm 19 years old. My birthday is May 21. I was born in Imabari Ehime. I have lived in Tsukuba since this spring. Imabari is my hometown. There is sea and mountains. It's a place that is surrounded by nature. There is a very good place. Please go to all of you there! I have a father and mother and elder sister.  My favorite food is Gyoza that my mother cooks. It's really delicious! My father was good basketball player, so sometimes I play basketball together. It's very exciting! My sister is 4 years older than me. We quarrel well, but she always minds me. She is a person necessary for me. We are a very good family. I love them. My favorite singer and group are Taylor swift and Backstreet Boys. The most favorite song of Taylor swift is "You belong with me". This song's promotion video is so cute! The most favorite song of Backstreet Boys is "Shape of my heart". When I listen to this song, I can relax. I like foreigner musician's song, but I like Japanese musician's song, too. Motohiro Hata's song "Uroko" is my memories song. I love listen to music! In addition, I love to eat! I love meat and fish and vegetables and sweets:-P. Particularly, sweets is the best! Chocolate, pudding, cake, crepe and other are very delicious. When I eat them, I feel happy! I have been to the foreign country. China and Bulgaria, China went by school trip. I ate genuine Chinese food. Fried rice was very good. I was impressed on the Great Wall! I went to Bulgaria by the world championship of the rowing.  It took 11 hours by air! I was tired very much, but it was a good country enough to want to go again. Yogurt was more delicious than Japanese. My favorite comic is Slam Dunk. This is a very very very good comic!!! My favorite character is Mitsui Hisashi. He is very cool! I like his short hair. I like his monliness. I love anyway. However, I also like Sakuragi Hanamichi, too. My favorite his lines are "I love. It is not a lie this time." and "I'm even now.". I read this comic many many times. Let's talk about the Slam Dunk with me:)! My favorite sports are rowing and basketball. I'm not good at basketball, but I like it. Basketball is exciting sport, I think. Good at basketball player is so cool! I belong to the rowing club. Do you know rowing? Rowing is the sports that I am absorbed now. Rowing is minor sport in Japan. However, it is sports of the extreme popularity in a foreign country particularly Europe. It is very hard sports, but has further charms. The sense that a boat slips over water is the best. I want everybody to know the rowing! Please read this blog!
